Hi, I’m Rachael - a spa owner, certified skincare specialist, and yes… I’m still in the treatment room taking clients every week. 💆‍♀️ I know firsthand what it’s like to juggle running a business while delivering amazing services, and that’s why I created the Spantrepreneur Academy.

I started my spa journey as a solo esthetician, working long days and bringing in $2–4k months for years. Like so many beauty professionals, I dreamed of making a steady income, growing my client base, and maybe even hiring a team one day — but I thought I needed to “go viral” or be a social media star to make it happen. That wasn’t the case.

Instead, I focused on building real systems, client loyalty, and smart marketing that worked behind the scenes. Over time, I grew from a one-woman show to consistent $10k months, and eventually opened a larger location with employees and a thriving 6-figure spa.

Along the way, I invested in courses and coaching, but many didn’t resonate. They were often created by people who weren’t actively in the industry, and it felt disconnected from the reality of growing a spa from the ground up.
