About me
Hey, I’m Rachael - you can call me your “skinvestment” broker 😉
I’m a skincare specialist, facial expert, and the owner of More Than A Pretty Face. What started as a solo setup in my home has grown into multiple 6 and 7-figure spa businesses - and I’m still in it every day, working hands-on with clients and building behind the scenes.
Skincare has always been more than just a job for me, it’s something I genuinely love. From treatments to products, I’ve spent years testing, learning, and refining what actually works. I’m a big believer in results-driven, medical-grade skincare and only recommend what I truly stand behind.
But beyond skincare, I’ve also built my business from the ground up, without relying on a big social media following or a huge team.
And I know how frustrating it can feel when you’re trying to grow, doing everything you think you’re supposed to… and still feeling stuck.
That’s why I created my training and coaching.
To provide affordable and real beauty service training, as well as share real, practical strategies that actually work in the day-to-day of running a spa or beauty business - not just theory, and not from someone who’s removed from it or never actually did it.
